Our service

Arrangements are crafted to order using the freshest stems available that day. Photos on our site guide style and scale but small variations may occur.

Seasonal availability can affect specific flower types. We substitute thoughtfully to honor the palette and mood you selected.

  • Custom requests are welcomed; final pricing may adjust based on specialty stems or rush timelines.

Orders and payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an email confirmation.

Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless noted. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and timing.

  • For security, payments are handled by trusted processors; we do not store full card details.
  • Please review delivery details carefully—changes after confirmation may affect timing or cost.

Delivery and pick-up

We aim to deliver within the selected window and will contact you if traffic or weather impacts timing.

If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to leave flowers in a safe, shaded location or coordinate a new time.

  • Hospital, hotel, or office deliveries may require additional check-in time with front desks or security.

Cancellations and changes

Changes requested at least 24 hours before delivery are accommodated whenever possible.

For same-day or next-day orders, flowers may already be in preparation; cancellation requests will be handled case by case.

  • If ingredients have been purchased or design work has begun, partial charges may apply.
